According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident occurred around 12:45 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Washington Boulevard, near Magnolia Avenue.
Preliminary reports indicate the driver struck a light pole and multiple parked cars before the woman was ejected. She was transported to a local hospital but was pronounced dead.
